We provide mobile vehicle valeting and detailing services including, but not limited to:
Exterior and interior valeting
Deep cleans
Machine polishing / paint correction
Application of ceramic coatings and paint protection products
Vehicle collection and delivery (where agreed)
All services are provided at the location agreed at the time of booking, unless collection and delivery has been arranged.
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 Prices are provided at the time of booking and are based on the information supplied by the customer regarding vehicle size, condition, and service requested.
2.3 We reserve the right to amend the price if the vehicle condition differs significantly from that described (e.g. excessive soiling, pet hair, biohazards, heavy contamination).
2.4 Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
2.5 Deposits may be required for higher‑value services such as ceramic coatings or multi‑stage machine polishing. Deposits are non‑refundable if the customer cancels within 48 hours of the booking.
3.1 Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
3.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
3.3 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to adverse weather, equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will apply.
4.1 The customer confirms that the vehicle is in a roadworthy and safe condition, with no known defects that could affect valeting or driving (where collection/delivery is provided).
4.2 The customer must ensure:
Access to the vehicle at the agreed time
Adequate space to work safely
Permission to use water and/or electricity where required (if applicable)
4.3 We must be informed prior to service of any:
Pre‑existing damage
Aftermarket paintwork or resprays
Sensitive materials or finishes
5.1 Machine polishing and paint correction aim to improve paintwork appearance but do not guarantee complete removal of all defects.
5.2 Paint correction involves the removal of a minimal amount of clear coat. The customer acknowledges and accepts this risk prior to work commencing.
5.3 We are not responsible for paint failure, lacquer peel, or defects caused by previous poor workmanship, resprays, or underlying paint conditions.
6.1 Ceramic coatings and protection products are applied following manufacturer guidelines but longevity and performance are not guaranteed, as they depend on maintenance, usage, mileage, storage, and environmental conditions.
6.2 Failure to follow aftercare advice may significantly reduce coating lifespan. We are not responsible for reduced durability caused by improper maintenance.
6.3 Any warranty offered on coatings is limited to the manufacturer’s terms, where applicable.
7.1 Vehicle collection and delivery is provided only where agreed in advance.
7.2 By agreeing to collection/delivery, the customer confirms that:
The vehicle is insured for driving by a third party
The vehicle is road legal, taxed, and MOT‑compliant
7.3 We are not responsible for mechanical failure, warning lights, or breakdowns occurring during collection or delivery unless caused by negligence.
7.4 Any existing damage will be photographed or noted prior to driving where reasonably possible.
8.1 We take every reasonable care while working on your vehicle.
8.2 We are not liable for:
Pre‑existing damage or wear and tear
Mechanical or electrical faults
Damage caused by brittle trim, poor previous repairs, or defective parts
8.3 Any concerns or issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims made after this time may not be accepted.
8.4 Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9.1 Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to the service.
9.2 We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
10.1 We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to:
Aggressive behaviour
Unsafe locations
Biohazards (e.g. blood, bodily fluids, mould)
10.2 In such cases, the full service fee may still be payable.
11.1 Complaints must be made in writing within 24 hours of service completion.
11.2 We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
12.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws.
12.2 Customer details are used solely for booking, communication, and service provision and are not shared with third parties without consent.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
